From Boys To Successful Men grew out of years of seeing boys repeat the same mistakes that once trapped Franz. As a teenager, he sat in those same courtrooms, then later supervised units inside juvenile detention. That mix of scars and training shaped a simple promise, no boy in New York City should feel he has to fight alone. Our work now turns hard lessons into guidance, structure, and hope that families can trust.
